What is worth publishing?

Case reports are a relatively simple technical production, considered to have low impact because they are at the base of the pyramid of scientific evidence. Even so, they represent a contribution of unique value, often timeless and certainly indispensable to medical knowledge: from clinical rarities to teaching what is fundamental, from successful stories to unexpected outcomes, etc.
Surely you (we all) have several cases worthy of being reported - those with difficult diagnoses, "textbook" cases, surprising cases, impactful cases, successful cases, cases that became complicated, "missed" cases, etc.
All of these are welcome here, as long as they are related to the context of INFECTIONS.
